DIY Day

The “DIY Day” package is for the true DIY client! The truth is that many couples are looking for someone to step in on their wedding day as a day-of coordinator, and to not help with the planning at all. Unfortunately, the reality is that us wedding planners simply are unable to do so. So much goes into planning an event or wedding, and it’s almost impossible for someone to arrive onsite the day-of without prior knowledge or preparation. You’ll find that typically planners don’t offer a simple day-of coordination package, but their services start at least one month prior to event day. Setting up DIY handmade décor is also difficult for planners to fit into their schedule when coordinating an event as there are so many other moving parts.

Our DIY Package is similar, in that our services begin one month prior to your event. However, we’ve simplified our package to accommodate clients who truly encompass a DIY mindset. We let you take the reigns on planning, and be the leader of your own event! We’ll offer assistance and advice along the way, but want you to feel like the owner of your designs.

We will conduct two meetings; one at 45 minutes & another at 1.5 hours, where we’ll review all the information we need to successfully take over on event day. And you get to enjoy your own plans and kreations!

Many of our DIY clients provide their own handmade décor. We review all décor in each meeting, provide tips & tricks on how to make setup fast & simple, approve the mode of transportation for all décor provided and set everything up to your exact specifications.

Lastly, clients supply their own timeline, and we advise in kreating & finalizing it along the way.
