The Peaceful Days package services clients who’ve done the leg work in planning & would prefer to take the last couple months to mentally relax before their big day.
Our Two-Month Coordination Package is a step up from our Day-of Coordination, but we take a little more hands-on approach here. Clients will receive a Customized Planning Timeline, in which we produce, finalize and publish to you & your other vendors for their approval. The Final Timeline will be emailed to your wedding team one-week prior to event day. Clients receive a planning checklist upon booking in order to keep them on track, and KW will attend up to two vendor meetings of their choice in order to assist with bookings, contracts, service assistance, or any needs that might arise in the final two months.
The final two months of planning a wedding or event can be stressful, and there’s a lot of other work that needs to be done outside of planning. Let us take over your emails and planning with vendors for the last two weeks to ensure you have time to mentally prepare and relax!
